Your Year of Supernatural Manifestation
Dearly Beloved,
It has been said that New Year’s Day, as we know it on January 1, was only adopted in 1752. At that time, Puritans eschewed New Year’s celebrations. Rather, they encouraged their children to meditate on the year past and the one to come. And one Puritan in particular took to making resolutions. Any wonder that resolutions, and a determined ability to keep them, fashioned the character of the leading pastor and promoter of America’s First Great Awakening, Jonathan Edwards? According to his biographer George Marsden, his revivalism helped to shape America as an independent country.
Jonathan Edwards, it is said, made resolutions throughout his life, but it’s a list he made after graduating from Yale that has earned the awe of admirers for the past three centuries. “Resolved, to study the Scriptures so steadily, constantly, and frequently, as that I may find, and plainly perceive myself to grow in the knowledge of the same.” Nothing was so trivial that Edwards couldn’t work to improve it.

Now, for many, a New Year means ‘something different, something outside the usual, a change of garment, something better than the status quo.’
It is therefore no wonder that with every New Year comes a desire for something new—in our marriage, in our business/career, in our academics, in our health etc.
It is in the light of this that I specially welcome you to a great year—Our Year of Supernatural Manifestation.
It is the year your desired change can and will happen in Jesus’ name.
The truth is, God is concerned about you, much more than you know, and wants your total prosperity in 2013.
As the Bible states in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Yes, you have a great future in 2013!
Yes, you are not without hope in 2013!
In fact, there will be such an awesome manifestation of His power and glory in and through us that the world will marvel.
So,
Arise, shine; for your light indeed has come! The glory of the Lord is risen upon you…. Psalm 60:1-3
- Regardless of how long you have groaned or lain prostate in a particular aspect of your life, ARISE!
- Regardless of the mountain standing before or against your business, ARISE!
- Regardless of the looming circumstances surrounding your job, ARISE!
- Regardless of the appalling lack or failures you have suffered over the years, ARISE!
- Regardless of the seeming indisputable reports of medical doctors concerning you, ARISE!
- Regardless of the forces that have risen against your marriage, ARISE!
- Regardless of the whirls of the enemy against your children, ARISE!
The Bible states, “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven….” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
- This is your season of victory.
- This is your season of success.
- This is your season of abundance.
- This is your season of healing.
- This is your season of progress.
2013 is your year of supernatural feats, so seize the moment!
You are the light of the world; you are a city on a hill. This year, you cannot be hidden. As a matter of fact, you are the solution many have been waiting for.
As long as you desire what God desires for you this year, you will do exploits in Jesus’ name. In fact, your testimonies will astound the world and attract many to the Lord your God.
